Do not miss “Rev” on BBC2 on Thursday evenings at 9pm. Episode One of the second series was last Thursday (10th Nov. 11). Tom Hollander plays the east end vicar beseiged by his varied parishioners (and staff!). His all-too-human side often clashes with his professional image and duties but he is never less than charming and kind, often under great provocation.
